1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Personal wellness or hygiene-related items once opened
- Sale or discounted items
3. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
4. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrectly delivered
To request an exchange, contact us with order details and product images.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Product photos
- Issue description
